today's advancing educational needs.
Faculty of Education Summary
Continuous Professional Development
(CPD) for educators is the process
whereby they can systematically
maintain, improve and expand current
standards of best practices within
their profession. There are various
ways in which NIHS can provide
support and teaching/learning
mentoring services to its faculty.
One of these is to plan individual/
group activities that offer faculty
the opportunity to examine and
critically reflect upon their
pedagogy including evaluation of
teaching performance. Modes and
mechanisms for such activities are
being worked out at NIHS.
